We are not opposed to denominations, but have decided to operate non-denominationally in order to serve the whole body of Christ through the love of God and as children of God. We think that His Agape Love, which is greater than whatever differences we may have, is the sole real foundation of Christian fellowship (I Corinthians 12:12-13).
We Believe in a Single God
Existing eternally in three Persons: FATHER, SON, and HOLY SPIRIT. This triune God created everything, maintains all, and governs all; He is equal in power and splendor (1 John 5:7).
God, the Father
We believe in God the Father, the Creator of heaven and earth, who is holy, wise, and powerful beyond measure. We rejoice that He is compassionately concerned with men's problems, that He hears and answers prayer, and that He rescues from sin and death those who come to Him through Jesus Christ (Matthew 5:48; Genesis 1:1; Hebrews 11:3; Nehemiah 9:6; Hebrews 1:2-3; Psalm 103:19; Ephesians 1:11; 1 Kings 8:27; Psalm 90:2).
God the Son
We believe in Jesus Christ, God's only begotten Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, blameless throughout His life, who atoned for the world's sins by His spilt blood and death on the cross. We believe in His physical resurrection, ascension into heaven, and intercession as a high priest for His people. We believe in His promised personal, visible, and victorious return to the earth. (Isaiah 9:6, Matthew 1:18-25, John 1:14, Hebrews 10:9, John 1:29, I John 2:1-2, John 14:3, I Thessalonians 4:15-17, Acts 1:11).
The Holy Spirit, God
We believe in the Holy Spirit, who was sent by God to convict the world of sin, to persuade the world of righteousness, and to regenerate, sanctify, and empower those who trust in Jesus Christ. We believe that the Holy Spirit resides in every believer in Jesus Christ and that He is an ever-present Helper, Teacher, and Guide. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit as well as the practice of all Biblical spiritual gifts. (John 15:26, 16:8-11; Romans 6:3-6; I Corinthians 12:13; II Thessalonians 2:13; and I Peter 1:1-3).
The Bible
We believe that the Old and New Testament Scriptures are completely inspired by God and inerrant in their original compositions, and that they are the ultimate and final authority in faith and life (II Timothy 3:16-17; II Peter 1:19-21; Acts 17:11; Isaiah 8:20).
Man… We believe that man was created in the image of God, that he sinned and therefore incurred not only physical death, but also spiritual death (separation from God), and that all human beings are sinners by nature and by choice. We believe in the physical resurrection of both the righteous and the wicked, in the eternal blessedness of the saved, and in the eternal, conscious torment of the lost (Genesis 1:27, 2:15-17; Romans 3:10-12, 23; Matthew 25:46).
Salvation
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only born Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life,” (John 3:16). We believe that those who accept Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord by faith are born again by the Holy Spirit and so become children of God. We think that justification implies that a person is proclaimed righteous in God's eyes only by grace, through faith, and in Christ alone (John 1:12; Romans 3:21-26; Ephesians 1:13, 2:8-10).
a. Conditions of Salvation. The grace of God, which brings salvation, has appeared to all men, through the preaching of repentance toward God and faith toward the Lord Jesus Christ; the washing of regeneration and the renewing of the Holy Spirit, and being justified by hope of eternal life (Titus 2:11, Romans 10:13-15, Luke 24:47, Titus 3:5-7).
b. Evidence of salvation. The inward evidence to the believer of his salvation is the direct witness of the spirit (Romans 8:16). The outward evidence to all men is a life of righteousness and true holiness.
The Church
We have faith in the Church. A living, spiritual body in which Christ is the Head and all followers of Jesus are members. We believe that the church's mission is to mature Christians via the Word, fellowship, prayer, and communion. Christ has also given the church the duty of proclaiming to a lost world the need for them to embrace Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
We believe that Jesus has entrusted to the local church the ordinances of Baptism and Communion, which are available to all Christians and must be followed until He returns (Ephesians 1:22-23, Acts 2:42, Romans 6:4, Acts 2:28, Matthew 28:19, Luke 22:19, I Corinthians 11:24).
We Believe Baptism in Water and Baptism of the Holy Spirit
The ordinance of baptism by a burial with Christ should be observed as commanded in the scriptures by all who have repented and believed in Christ as Savior and Lord. In so doing, they have the body washed in pure water as an outward symbol of cleansing, while their heart has already been sprinkled with the blood of Christ as in inner cleansing. They declare to the world that they have died with Jesus and been raised with Him to walk in newness of life (Matthew 28:19, Acts 10:47, Acts 48, Romans 6:4, Acts 20:21, Hebrews 10:22).
The Lord’s Supper
The Lord’s supper, consisting of the elements, bread and the fruit of the vine, is the symbol expressing our sharing the divine nature of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Peter 1:4), a memorial of His suffering and death (1 Corinthians 11:26), a prophecy of His second coming (1 Corinthians 11:26), and is enjoined on all believers until He comes. We believe in the partaking of the Holy Sacraments of the Bread and Wine known as the blood and the body of Christ as often one would in remembrance of Christ’s blood that was shed for the remission of one’s sin (2 Peter 1:4).
Regeneration
All people who turn from their sins and put their faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ receive a new birth by which their life is regenerated by the power of God’s Holy Spirit (John 3:3-6, Titus 3:5). From that time forth the regenerated person has God’s Holy Spirit dwelling within them enabling them to live a holy life (1 Corinthians 3:16, 2 Peter 1:3-4). Also giving them power to be witnesses for Jesus Christ (Acts 1:8).
The Blessed Hope
The resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in Christ and their translation, together with those who are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord, is the imminent and blessed hope of the Church (1 Thessalonians 4:16, 1 Thessalonians 4:17, Titus 2:12, 1 Corinthians 15:51, Romans 8:23).
Marriage and Sexuality
We believe that God intended sexual intimacy to exist exclusively between married men and women. While God commands that no intimate sexual behavior be conducted outside of marriage between a man and a woman, Grace Amazing Foundation Inc does not prohibit anyone from participating in our religious activities or from receiving spiritual instruction that leads to God's righteousness.
According to Grace Amazing Foundation Inc, every individual deserves compassion, love, kindness, respect, and dignity. Hateful and harassing conduct or attitudes against any person are to be condemned since they contradict both Scripture and the mission and vision of Grace Amazing Foundation Inc.
